Pedersen Design is a small Design Practice in the Hunter Valley NSW; with projects located all over NSW.
We focus on sustainable, healthy, and comfortable building design. Low/zero VOC emissions are important to most of our Clients; and we have completed many off-grid buildings and owners builders projects.
Pedersen Design is a Certified Passive House Designer and Consultant.
Our philosophy is to build a comfortable space, specifically designed for the Australian climate, which remains comfortable all year round without excessive heat gain in summer or heat loss in winter.
Insulation, ventilation, and constructions built without condensation issues is of high priority.
